Saffron IT Solutions, LLC operates the Clippet Discord bot, Clippet Auto, and bot.clippet.gg. We collect only the Discord and account identifiers required to provide the service and to process payments, which are handled by our payment providers. If you use your own Clippet in a server, we keep your Discord user id for that server until you stop or the server disconnects. Unless your Clippet keeps its clips on your own computer, we do not receive your videos. We currently use no analytics or trackers. Records are retained while your server or name is active. Requests, including deletion: abuse@clippet.gg.

If your Clippet keeps its clips on your own computer, the video passes through our edge on its way to viewers. We do not store or log it.

Where Clippet Auto is on, it reads the messages in that channel to find videos. It keeps no message text. It logs the server, channel and message ids of what it acted on for seven days.

The desktop app asks get.clippet.gg once a day whether there is a newer version. It sends no identifier.

We keep your Discord user id while you hold a name and for 90 days after your last name is released. If your Clippet goes offline, we send you one Discord message to say so.
